BEAM SUPPORT WITH ROD

The U-shaped column support for concreting is designed for permanent installation of wooden posts in concrete foundations, for example in carports, pergolas, fences, terraces, and garden sheds. The anchor made of ribbed reinforcing steel is embedded in fresh concrete, where the ribs bond firmly with the concrete. This way, the support is securely anchored without additional bolts or anchors. The post is inserted into the U-bracket and fastened with bolts through holes in the sides. Because the post sits in the U-bracket above the concrete, it is not in direct contact with the ground, which reduces moisture absorption and extends the life of the wood. The galvanized surface protects the support from corrosion.
