Vormann stainless steel door latch is a durable fastener for doors, garden sheds, garages, cellars, gates and boxes exposed to weather or moisture. The flat latch slides in guides on the base plate and locks in the strike plate included in the set. The latch handle and base plate each have one ear with a hole. When the latch is closed, the ears align, allowing you to additionally lock the door with a padlock. Stainless steel does not rust and requires no additional protection, making the latch suitable for permanent outdoor use, near water and in damp rooms.
