TRAVERT Stone Touch Flex FLS 03 Wall Panel

The TRAVERT Stone Touch Flex FLS 03 wall panel is a modern decorative cladding that replicates the texture of natural stone while remaining lightweight and flexible. Thanks to its stone-based mineral composite technology, it can be installed on surfaces where conventional tiles are not suitable, easily covering arches, columns and curved walls.

The panel is made of a stone-based mineral composite and comes in a natural color that you can paint any shade you like. Thanks to its composition, it is fully waterproof, making it suitable for damp areas as well.

Composition:

• 44 % natural mineral powder
• 45 % quartz sand
• 5 % clay
• 5 % water
• 1 % water-based emulsion

• Flexibility – the panel conforms to curved surfaces, arches and columns
• Low weight – weighs about 1/7 as much as conventional ceramic tiles (one panel ≈ 0,75 kg)

The panel is installed in 3 steps:

1. Bonding the panels – install the panels on a prepared, clean and dry substrate using a suitable construction adhesive for mineral/stone cladding.
2. Filling the joints – fill the joints between the panels with lightweight acrylic filler or grout.
3. Smoothing and texturing – smooth the joints and, if needed, further shape the texture with a spatula or filler compound to achieve a uniform surface appearance.
