The actual size is shown in the product description. The universal hole saw is an indispensable tool in the workshop for DIYers. The special design of the cutting edge increases the strength of the hole saw and improves hole guidance. Using the HE X 10 mm 1 /2" arbor 08X001 (recommended for hole saws: 08X019-08X030) and the 5/8" arbor 08X002 (recommended for hole saws: 08X032-08X152), the hole saws can be used with drills or drill drivers. Using the SDS+ arbor 08X 003 (recommended for hole saws: 08X 032 - 08X152), the DEDRA 08 X hole saw can be used extensively with a rotary hammer in non-impact drilling mode. To improve cutting performance and increase strength, the hole saws are fitted with multiple fork-shaped inserts that machine the material efficiently. With the appropriate pilot drill, DEDRA 08 X universal hole saws are used for work in wood, metal, furniture panels, PVC, and mineral materials such as ceramic tiles, aerated concrete and silicate blocks. To increase the strength of the hole saws, the body is made of high-quality #45 HCS steel with a thickness of 1,5 mm, and the teeth are made of tungsten carbide with 6 % cobalt (YG 6X tungsten steel). This improves the quality and durability of the cut and increases drilling efficiency.
