The DUNES Stone Touch Flex FLR 02 wall panel is a modern decorative cladding that replicates the texture of natural stone while being lightweight and flexible. Thanks to stone-based mineral composite technology, it can also be installed on surfaces where conventional tiles are not suitable – arches, columns, and curved walls with no difficulty.

The panel is made of a stone-based mineral composite and comes in a natural color that can be repainted in any shade you like. Thanks to its composition, it is fully waterproof, making it suitable for damp areas as well.

Composition:

• 44 % natural mineral powder
• 45 % quartz sand
• 5 % clay
• 5 % water
• 1 % water-based emulsion

Key features:

• Flexibility – the panel conforms to curved surfaces, arches, and columns
• Low weight – weighs approximately 1/7 as much as conventional ceramic tiles (one panel ≈ 0,75 kg)
• Fast installation – can be installed directly over existing surfaces

The panel is installed in 3 steps:

1. Bonding the panels – install the panels on a prepared, clean, and dry substrate using a suitable construction adhesive for mineral/stone cladding.
2. Filling the joints – fill the joints between the panels with lightweight acrylic filler or grout.
3. Leveling and texturing – level the joints and, if needed, further shape the texture with a spatula or filler compound to achieve a uniform surface appearance.
