SANDSTONE Stone Touch Flex FLS 01 Wall Panel

The SANDSTONE Stone Touch Flex FLS 01 wall panel is a modern decorative cladding that replicates the texture of natural stone while being lightweight and flexible. Thanks to stone-based mineral composite technology, it can also be installed on surfaces where conventional tiles are not suitable – arches, columns, and curved walls are no problem.

The panel is made of a stone-based mineral composite and comes in a natural color that you can paint any shade you like. Thanks to its composition, it is completely waterproof, making it suitable for damp areas as well.

Composition:

• 44% natural mineral powder
• 45% quartz sand
• 5% clay
• 5% water
• 1% water-based emulsion

Key features:

• Flexibility – the panel conforms to curved surfaces, arches, and columns
• Low weight – weighs about 1/7 as much as conventional ceramic tiles (one panel ≈ 3–4 kg)
• Fast installation – can be installed directly over existing surfaces
• High durability – estimated service life of up to 50–80 years

The panel is installed in 3 steps:

Bonding the panels – install the panels on a prepared, clean, and dry substrate using a suitable construction adhesive for mineral/stone cladding.

Filling the joints – fill the joints between panels with lightweight acrylic filler or grout.

Smoothing and texturing – smooth the joints and, if needed, further shape the texture with a spatula or filler compound to achieve a uniform surface appearance.
