Chainsaw MS 172

The STIHL MS 172 is a compact gas chainsaw for cutting firewood, maintaining the area around your home and felling small trees. The 31,8 cm³, 1,4 kW STIHL 2-MIX engine reduces fuel loss and increases power, while four-channel technology provides more efficient combustion. The saw is operated with a single combination lever with a stop button. After the saw is switched off, the lever automatically returns to the run position, so a warm saw can be restarted immediately. The compensator maintains power and fuel consumption even when the air filter is dirty, and the anti-vibration system reduces hand fatigue during extended work.
