Vormann beam bracket type A is a classic design for joining wooden beams at right angles, for example connecting a cross beam to a main beam, post, or wall. The fastening flanges are bent outward, making them easily accessible during installation, and the bracket provides excellent bearing surface on the base. It is suitable wherever there is sufficient space next to the beam for the flanges. Manufactured from a single piece of welded steel, it ensures a strong and reliable connection. Sendzimir galvanizing protects it against corrosion in indoor and covered outdoor spaces. Smaller holes are for fastening with nails or wood screws, while larger openings are for larger diameter bolts or anchors, including fastening to concrete. The product carries a CE mark and declaration of performance from manufacturer August Vormann of Germany.
